Executive and leadership coaching

Better questions. Clearer leadership.

I partner with executives, leaders and emerging leaders to think more clearly, lead with intention and take focused action. You set the agenda. I bring the questions.

A question to sit with
What would you do if you trusted your own judgment?

Coaching works one question at a time. Each one is meant to open your thinking, not to lead you to my answer.

You bring the agenda, the goals and the experience that shapes them. I bring presence, curiosity and questions that help you think in ways you might not reach alone.

In my words

My coaching philosophy

Each session is a structured conversation. You do the thinking, and I help you see your situation more clearly. Clients bring a decision, a transition or a team challenge, and leave with a clearer view and a next step they chose.

Approach

How the work feels

Collaborative

You set the agenda and the goals. I listen, reflect back what I hear and ask questions that help you see your situation from new angles.

Forward

You are resourceful and the expert on your own work and life. We move in cycles. You try something, reflect on what happened, adjust and go again.

I don't advise or prescribe. The answers that last are the ones you reach yourself.

About Justin

A coach who has led from the inside

I have spent more than 20 years leading in healthcare, technology, risk management and financial services. I know the weight of the decisions my clients carry because I have carried them too. As a coach, that experience helps me listen. It does not give me your answers.

Client experiences

What clients say

Justin asked the kind of questions that made me hear my own answers differently. By the end of our second month, I had stopped picking up tasks that were not mine and started actually leading. It has stuck.
C.C., financial services
Risk people are not always great at risk-taking in conversation. Justin's group sessions gave my team a structured space to push on each other and on our own thinking without it turning defensive. We are making sharper calls faster, and the team trusts each other more than it did six months ago.

FAQ

Common questions

Where do we begin?

With a free 50-minute discovery call. We talk about what you are working on, what success would look like and whether coaching is the right fit.

What does coaching cost?

Single sessions and packages are listed on the services page and paid securely when you book. Team and organizational engagements are quoted after a discovery call.

How long does an engagement last?

Most run three to six months, with sessions every two weeks.

Where do sessions happen?

Wherever suits you. I coach virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere, and in person in San Antonio, TX.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on where you want to go and the actions you choose. Therapy is clinical care from a licensed professional. If therapy, consulting or mentoring would serve you better, I will say so. See how coaching compares.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. I follow the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. For sponsored engagements, we agree up front with your organization on what is shared and what stays between us.

Do you offer pro bono coaching?

Yes. I set aside time for leaders of nonprofits and small businesses. If budget is a barrier, reach out.
